Open up a free email account. Try using yahoo, gmail, AOL, etc. Any free email online account will suffice. The reason I suggest using a free email account, is
A) It's free and you can access it anywhere.
B) These usually have a spam filter, where you can add an email address so to ensure that you receive all your paid surveys through your inbox. Name the email account surveys4money99 or some email address that you will remember as the dedicated email account for all your survey emails. Save all your login information so you don't forget it later. You will have to come back to your email account to find the log in information, if you want to collect your rewards. I suggest usuing an email account where the archiving and organizing of your emails, is user friendly for you.

You will be signing up for multiple surveys for cash websites that
will ask for your personal information. I suggest installing the google tool bar or using roboform as an automatic form filling program.
It will save you time when signing up for paid consumer panels. The google tool bar is free, and has an "Autofill" button. For both roboform and google toolbar, you will fill in your standard login information. (email address, user name and password) and your personal information, like mailing address and
name, age, etc. Each survey site, will need this information to send you your surveys. These legitimate surveys for cash sites, should NEVER ask for your credit card information. If you get to one of those websites, think twice about giving out that information. Make sure you know, and trust that website.

ONLY do surveys for companys that you sign up for personally, by going to their site. NEVER sign up for a company through an email you receive in your inbox. You can check the Better Business Bureau for information about a company, and search their database, to find out if they are considered a good practice company.

After you start recieving surveys in your inbox, and you complete a survey for money. make sure you have written down your log in information, because in a few days, to a few weeks, check that same account for your paid surveys you just completed. You should see your money, inside your corresponding account balance. Search for a way to "cash out" your earnings, and you are paid. There are some sites that will pay you directly for each survey you complete. The online survey reward sites, will accumulate points in your account just like money, until you are ready to "cash out"
